Performed for first time in 2022. Tori is a journey through 9 universes summarised in 6 tracks.

Intended to function as soundscapes of a dance performance created by Toroidal Dance - Vivi Medina, the six tracks take the listener through contrasting moments to look inside, remember and honour our existence from the origins to every single step of the human experience.

A chance to look inside, an opportunity to know yourself .

A conversation between Colombian gaitas with diverse string instruments (ngoni, hammered dulcimer, lute…), it tells a story of awakening, healing and introspection.

Each track represents different bodies and centres; intertwined universes themselves. Each intends to open and connect, from dark to light, from our original breath to our highest dreams and realisation.
